Keetick L. Sanchez, ESQ

Keetick L. Sanchez is a dedicated New York native committed to serving her clients. She represents clients in courtrooms across New York City, skillfully managing administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings. Before and during law school, Keetick worked as a trial litigation paralegal, focusing on personal injury cases, including Labor Law 240, 241(6), and 241, motor vehicle accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. After graduating from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, she continued her legal career as a litigator at a New York City personal injury law firm. There, she investigated and prosecuted hundreds of personal injury cases, earning a reputation as a determined and formidable attorney. Keetick also gained extensive experience in Criminal Law and Immigration Law at both state and federal levels during and after law school. As a law student, she interned with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in the Street Narcotics and Gangs Bureau (S.N.A.G.), assisting in prosecuting drug- and gang-related cases, as well as other misdemeanors and felonies. She also interned with the International Refugee Assistance Project (I.R.A.P.), handling immigration matters to support refugees worldwide. Yenny Lavin joined KLS Law in October 2019, bringing over a decade of experience in Personal Injury, Office Administration, and Customer Service. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Yenny serves as the Office Manager and Senior Litigation Paralegal at KLS Law. She is deeply committed to providing personalized attention and care to every client, maintaining consistent communication to address questions, concerns, and case updates. Yenny plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s attorneys by managing day-to-day case operations, including initiating claims with insurance companies, guiding clients through their treatment process, and overseeing all aspects of litigation—from case initiation to trial preparation. Her guiding principle is, “AN INFORMED CLIENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT.” Yenny holds the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. Ricardo Saucedo

Ricardo Saucedo has been a valuable member of KLS Law since 2023, serving as a personal injury paralegal. He handles both pre-litigation and litigation matters, managing a wide range of responsibilities throughout the life of each case. These responsibilities include efficiently opening claims with insurance companies, assisting clients with property damage, asserting policy limits, guiding clients through their treatment process, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring clients receive the care and support they need. Ricardo also plays an integral role in all litigation-related tasks. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he is able to effectively assist a diverse client base. Ricardo holds a law degree from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz in Bolivia, where he is a certified lawyer. Ricardo's professional philosophy is simple but impactful: “A client who feels heard will always be satisfied.” Beyond his professional commitments, Ricardo enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and hosting barbecues with his friends and family.

She provides crucial support with case management, research, and client communication, ensuring that all aspects of each case are handled efficiently. Sonita Espinoza

Sonita joined KLS Law in February 2022 as the Bus/Mobile Office Coordinator and Legal Assistant. In her role, she provides essential support to the legal team across multiple KLS Law offices and plays a key part in community outreach efforts through the KLS Law Bus, traveling to different communities to extend the firm’s services. Sonita holds a legal degree from her home country of Guatemala, bringing a strong foundation in law to her position. Sonita lives by the motto: “Two important things are to have a genuine interest in people and to be kind to them. Kindness, I’ve discovered, is everything.” She places kindness at the heart of her work, always prioritizing the well-being of clients. She believes that when clients feel protected, they are happy — and that’s the core mission of KLS Law. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sonita enjoys Zumba, traveling, and spending time with her beloved cats. She is a true animal lover.
